Maiale Marsala Boneless pork loin, pan seared with crimini mushrooms in a sweet marsala cream sauce.  Side of pasta. Antilopi e Verro Marinated wild boar and antelope sausages, cast-iron seared, served on a bed of basil pesto with cannellini beans. Calamari Livornese Calamari steak sautéed with garlic, shallots, capers & caramelized onions.  Served with a side of pasta in a red wine marinara sauce. Rapini e Pomodoro Italian bitter broccoli, fresh and sundried tomatoes tossed in an aglio olio sauce over pasta.
